I want one of those Apple servants to get me a ’ genius ’ bar appointment. It is a full - time job now. There was not a single slot available in the whole Greater London area when I needed one only a few weeks ago.

This kind of aftermarket blinging has been a thing for a while now. I’d be interested in knowing how Apple’s pre-emption of this niche industry, via the metal finishes of the 5s, has affected their business.
