This is great – so glad Twitter is working on this stuff to make their platform friendlier.
Interesting that they specifically mentioned the “tweet and delete” case. Allowing users to instantly delete their posted content leads to a lot of weird edge cases that are not immediately obvious. That’s why when you delete a post here, it changes to a public notice of intent to delete, then it is auto-deleted in 24 hours (unless flagged).
Holy hell that’s a lot of doxxing. Who needs the NSA - we’ll just do it to each other.
