So he pulls silicone molds off of real LEGO bricks and then makes replica bricks using melted chocolate? It would have been fun to see photos of that process too.

I like the magnesium stearate-type candy blocks. Though the meltiness of chocolate could actually make some things easier, I suppose. Either one becomes a mess eventually.
