How is 30 hours of work calssed as part time, in the uk 30 hours would be full time, par time work is 15 or 16 hours, most full time works do 32 or 35 hours a week.

I find it hard to read the underlying articles that way. Both the one linked and the one that links, say they are âoffering full time positionsâ. I donât think they would write it that way if they were just giving healthcare coverage to 30+ hour part timers. It also presumably wouldnât run into the seniority complication over âfull timeâ job spots.
