I am also at a loss to explain the dog’s behavior, but to me that guy was a damn good barker.

The fucked up part is dogs can bark as loud as they want outside…all through the night and nothing happens. But if a human goes outside and starts yelling, they get arrested. Hmmmm.
This reminds me of when I was growing up and my mom would start howling, then us kids would start howling, then our beagle would start howling, and then our dalmation+lab mix would start howling, and then we were all howling and it was the best.
