I'd like to see what the software is capable of. 3D design software is complex for a reason - it is not a simple job to define an object in three dimensions. I notice that most of the example prints on the Kickstarter page are thick 2D objects.
I found the answer to making my Ultimaker less finicky. I loaned it to my brother for a few months, and it came back better than new. Now it just prints and prints with no fiddling at all.
