Nicely done! The only trick is inertia, but this is always amazing.
That is not how my mother would describe my multiple attempts.

If that was the only trick to it, you could do it too. That 1 second trick is the result of hours upon hours of trial and error (there’s a reason why the coffee cups are between the two heaver objects), and even more hours of practice.
