And the Swiss banks actually did just return a few hundred million dollars of the money that Nigerian Gen. Sani Abacha had stolen when he was President back to the Nigerian government, so expect a few additional 419 scams. (So far the Swiss have returned about a billion dollars, and then Liechtensteiners a few hundred million, but there’s more hiding out there.)
