“Prison is not an acceptable option for a 10-year-old boy. But the adults who can stop this behavior going forward must act now to help this child and his family.”
Those words imply help from outside of the family. Since when does this country supply that? We have plenty of prison cells, though, and are happy to provide them, for those who are eligible.
