Yes, that might be worse still, health insurance black lists. Better is if a non-profit victims’ fund could find that data at pennies on the dollar and use it to identify dead or murdered, formerly living persons’ previously misidentified remains, or better still exonerate the falsely accused and convicted innocents.

Would be nice if some philanthropist or privacy org bought the data and then destroyed it.
