Ah, ragdolls, the bane of many game developers* and an evergreen source of amusement for players. This video series seems to be pretty popular with developers, who I imagine are laughing ruefully at it, thinking about games they’ve shipped.
*I worked with a tech artist who spent a enormous amount of time and effort setting up the ragdolls for a bunch of monsters in a game, carefully weighing the limbs so they’d flop about just right when whacked with a sword or get blown up, only to discover, after the game had shipped, that the programmers had simply turned off the ragdolls entirely, because the system just had too many problems.
