A couple of weeks ago the Equity and Inclusion Officer for the Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators, a woman who is Black and Jewish, published (on behalf of the SCBWI) a condemnation of antisemitism which was completely measured and apolitical (eg, no mention of Israel).
