Yeah, but fucking why though? Why on earth would someone feel like they need to address a known bad actor, to create yet another refutation of the hundreds of lies that spills out of said bad actor’s mouth every week, as if the refutations of those lies were doing a damn thing at all?
It’s almost like humans have their own code that dictates what they give their attention to, something that tells them it’s more important to spend time addressing an endless shit spigot rather than, I dunno, find another person from a historically marginalized group and amplify their voice, instead of spending more time on a guy who doesn’t deserve what attention he’s been able to grift so far. If only we had a name for those algorithms…
