I once read about an effective counter-strategy where sponsors were sought. For every protester, the sponsors would contribute to the abortion clinic.

I’ve actually done that myself, although admittedly I couldn’t afford a huge donation. I made sure to “thank” the protesters for reminding me to donate to the clinic.
