OK, above comments have called on the ‘Stones’ but I guess I’ll have to go for the blindingly obvious:
If one was to place a substantial chock or wedge under the stylus side of this contraption then one would be able to record a ‘rolling stone’.
(kick drum,snare rim shot and high hat closing)
