I think the story is a good example of how technology and innovation can be brought to bear to tackle our big issues, like climate change.

Though it may be a better example of “greenwashing,” where a (very slight) improvement to the environmental impact is used to mask the fact that the product is still environmentally unsustainable on a fundamental level.
