Well, I don’t think anyone read this and thought “Oh, well, we were going to deal with energy and pollution issues with livestock, but now with this, we don’t have to!”. Meat alternatives and consumer preferences aren’t going to change overnight. If we can reduce emissions in the interim, then I strongly support said effort, and would actively seek out beef fed this diet, and recommend it to others as well.
