I think the fastest way to get farmers to incorporate seaweed into cattle feed is to prove that less gassy cows are happier because happier cows tend to produce better quality milk and meat (why do you think many dairy farmers are willing to give cows water beds, butt scratchers and sounds systems that play classical music?).
