For years a bald friend of mine used to date a woman who worked at a hair transplant center. Her job was to help do the surgical hair plugs for paying customers who wanted hair moved from one part of their body to another. Not the job I would choose, but whatever. She never pressured my friend to do the procedure himself or suggested that he’d look better with more hair up top. She recognized that her job was to do the thing people were asking her to do, not give random people (or even boyfriends) unsolicited advice about undergoing surgical procedures in order to make themselves more attractive in her eyes.
