I don’t believe this particular woman should be held to account for the actions of the entire cosmetic surgery industry. I do believe she should be held to account for her own words and actions.
There is no universe in which this unsolicited cosmetic surgery advice would be appropriate, tactful or healthy for the self esteem of women in general. And despite your continued insistence otherwise unsolicited surgical advice is not part of her job.
