Slicker than normal when dry. I’m aware the road gets slicker with rain, especially when it first rains, I just didn’t think my speed was too fast even with rain. I was mistaken.
To be fair it is one of those weird on ramps, where you don’t really have to slow down much from exiting one high way to another, it sort of just goes off at an angle and joins the other highway. So it isn’t one of those smaller looping ones where you must slow down significantly.
