Can we just call it being disrespectful or cultural insensitive? Cultural Appropriation is a shit phrase that doesn’t fit with how culture or appropriation work. People who very much agree with the need to be respectful of cultural traditions and symbols are put off by the absurd terminology “Cultural Appropriation”.
