Italy here. Personal phone, 3Gb/month plus few hours of calls (five or six, I don’t remember) cost 5€/month (phone not included), through the MVO of a supermarket. They give also 5€ of credit for every 250€ spent (fidelity card), so most month are already paid.
Work phone, 20€/month unlimited SMS and calls (all EU) plus 30 Gb/months (also in all EU).
