I feel like a good lawyer could make a reasonable defense about me feeling threatened, really. If a large (I’m assuming, bc a little guy likely wouldn’t be doing this) aggressive guy comes up to me screaming loudly? Maskless? I would feel threatened.
But even if I lost, would totally be worth it.
But here’s hoping I never get to find out. So far people around here are being reasonable in public.
