Apparently it’s a thing now for anti-vaccine, pro-Ivermectin, Q-adjacent Facebook groups to recommend not going to the hospital and instead treat themselves at home with dangerous, unproven, ineffective cures like Ivermectin:

That keeps them from accidentally being exposed to anyone who might actually know what they’re talking about.
