Yes. Which makes it even more puzzling. Words mean things. Anti-Fascist means against Fascism. You could simplify Antifa to mean the same thing if you want, but you’ll be trying for a long time. I mean as you say, history. Between 1933 to the past couple of years, Antifa was and is far more complex.
You think I’m personally trying to run you or others over with the meaning of the word. That’s not it. I carry on about it because it’s history, it’s interesting and shouldn’t be swept under the rug just to adopt a word.
