The “penalty” that was being asked of Weinstein so “unjustly” was to LEAVE THE BAR.
Three women actually suffered that “unjust” punishment without a single trial!
Why would anybody argue against throwing Weinstein out for being an admitted sexual assaulter, and have no problem that the women were thrown out?
That shows that it’s not the principle, but that someone thinks Weinstein is more deserving of that principle.
