From a purely technical standpoint the power supply wouldn’t be too difficult, because you only need it to last between charges, and can accomplish charging through a wireless charging spec. Of course, cooling would be a big issue, what with a 37/99 degree human body wrapped in a big insulator not being a very friendly cooling environment compared to the open air and the tighter thermal requirements for comfort sake. Not to mention the regulatory nightmare involved in getting such a device with no appreciable medical benefit approved…
