Well at least it’s in Canada. If you end up needing to send them to the U.S. due to legal or monopoly or other reasons, then on top of travel, you’ll need to add some more 0’s to the medic cost. That’s if it’s an easy outpatient procedure. If it’s an inpatient procedure or requires anesthetic, add some more 0’s. If there’s a chance the insurance company might think that anyone in the hospital could possibly be ‘out of network’, add a few more 0’s.
