Acquire several huge rats. In your office, release them individually until management breaks down and springs for the kitty. 'Nuff said

I work for a state government. They would either ignore the rats until someone was bitten (or thinks they were bitten) and sues or they would cover the whole building in plastic and fill it with chemicals.
