I don’t have any suggestions or ideas that would further the discussion with people who espouse or harbor racism or sexism. As a black woman married to a white guy for many, many decades I have always wondered why certain white males feel they have the right to express their disdain for blacks by physically shoving me or by coming dangerously close to my person with their cars while I am walking? In other words, vile statements happen but when someone decides to physically attack an individual based on the assumptions and prejudices, then that is where I draw the line.
