This is pretty sad I’m sure he was a great volunteer, it seems to coincide with this article on [Miltonkeynes.co.uk][1] where it mentions they have outsourced the customer service to “Welcome host gold”. I know I’d certainly prefer a tour from someone with a personal interest and experience over someone who fits a set of predetermined bullet points.
