I do!
I seriously feel like I wrote this somewhere recently, so please forgive me if I’m repeating myself, but:
In the early days of my hosting of BB, I didn’t have a “server” per se, so I used my own P233MMX desktop, which I installed RH Linux on, hardened, and put in that “Datacenter of Front Street” that Cory references in his story: 151 Front Street West.
The thing was, the hosting partner we were hosting with didn’t have rackspace for tower servers, so we brought - I kid you not - an Ikea IVAR shelving unit into his cage to rest the server on. I can’t even imagine seeing that nowadays, but it stayed that way for quite a long time (at least a year), until I finally upgraded to some used Dell rackmount server from a friend instead.
