I do not. My current day job owns all my work and it’s stupidly hard to get stuff “vetted” for public consumption.
As for BB itself, I can thankfully say other folks (including @beschizza) are responsible for banging on themes and plugins and the like. My role is the infrastructure and middleware setups (and security, and capacity planning, and so on!), but most of it is custom stuff shoehorning bits together, not the sort of thing that would be useful for others.
I might build an inotify-based sync tool for BB 3.0, though, because no such tool appears to exist that meets my needs, and going the other way an implementing some sort of clustered file system seems like an awfully big hammer for this particular nail.
