California "Click to Cancel" law could end subscription nightmares

I often criticize California for over-regulating things, but this is one law I’ll heartily support.

companies will be required to provide cancellation methods that are as simple as their sign-up processes

So, does that mean that if they sign me up without me asking them that they also need to cancel without me asking them?
