That’s a great idea for cleaning the guts out! Too bad we only have a stand mixer. 
We can make use of the cookie cutter idea, tho. We have forest critters, trees and an axe…Yeah, I’m going to need those pumpkin guts after all for our “crazed Santa on a critter murder spree” pumpkin.
