Meh, these scales are created to facilitate whining and little else. “Wind chill” and the “heat index” are ridiculous unscientific scales of how the weather “feels.” You can have temperature with wind or humidity, but those things are all different measurements. Why no mention of the wind chill in August? What’s the heat index in Chicago today?
