Good to know. When I hit the site it asked if I am working with a BK agent already. After saying no it looks like I can buy direct. The BBB lists 8 complaints in the last 3 years and 2 in the last 12 months. All the complaints have to do with problems getting refunds. Some also indicate wrong items were shipped or shipments were missing items. Trying to resolve these issues sounds to be a big runaround with unfulfilled promises and getting shuffled between various associates.
