…states have streetlight on their major highways?
I was driving across some of NC’s biggest highways in the dark for hours today; what states can afford streetlights on the highways?
To be fair, they did have street lights sometimes, when you were within the city limits of a major city (Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Raleigh, Durham, etc.)
