I mean, the US doesn’t have a “Healthcare System” really.
There are hospitals and insurance agencies, and while hospitals try to provide healthcare the nature of capitalism means they are hobbled from the outset to achieve that goal.
Canada has a healthcare system. The UK has a healthcare system.
The US has an insurance system with some healthcare providers.

Not a thing.
Unless maybe it’s something crazy like 100MPH over the speed limit, in which case it becomes reckless driving, which is a completely different charge.
The explanations I keep hearing for this are reckless driving and drunk driving, even though the actual charge is unknown and the record has been expunged.
