I guess you could ask that of the other school on the CA campus? 
This doesn’t seem any different to me than any other tech company offering their white collar workers perks. It’s possible that he’d attempt to intervene and I’m sure the STEM focus was due to his influence, but it just seems like a private Montessori school. The ad requesting specific AMI training seems pretty run of the mill.
