It’s Montessori (which… seems like Montessori would be too woke for him), so they do 3 year cycles. The kids stay in the classes for 3 years, so they start with age 3 for primary and then lower elementary at 6. That gets you to 9.
I’m surprised that they’re requiring AMI cert for the guides (in the job posting)… 
I guess he figured he couldn’t half-ass it or pretend like he’s some great Montessori expert and get away with that…
