That raises the question of why that distinction would matter, but the question remains: why would an animal being killed by a naked person without a weapon be a better end for an animal than being shot by someone ?
I suspect that your point is that you are just in favor of less hunting in general (or none at all) but I don’t want to assume.
Counter-proposal: have him dress in a deer outfit during off season with 16 point rack you can spot a mile away, so he’d only be endangered by other poachers.
