Only tangentially related but I wanted to spread the good news - Germany lost a case at the European Court of Human Rights.
It is not anymore so easy to refuse drug substitution treatments for prison inmates! (It is not surprising that this happened in a Bavarian prison. Bavaria is our variant of Florida and Texas [Flexas? Terida?])
