i live in NYC. on tuesday at 7 AM, i was out for cup of coffee and saw a guy who was pleasuring himself while sitting on the bench in a bus stop. pants down and going to town. he had already defecated all over the bench and the glass wall. less than half a block away were 2 cops sitting in their car. they were shielded from the incident so i went up to them and relayed what was going on. cop says to me “yeah OK we’ll call it in.” call it in? you are 20 steps from the guy!!! that is what they are like over here.
