I once treated a young woman with bilateral ulnar neuropathy that she had because of the way she rested her arms on her chair while playing video games. She played a lot of video games. Thankfully the fix was easy: maybe don’t play for quite so many hours each day, and when you do play, maybe don’t sit that way.
