My guess is in a few years this will end up in legal textbooks and bar exam questions all over the country. Rule Against Perpetuities is one of those issues law school professors love, law students hate and has virtually no existing examples in modern day legal practice.
I normally am not in the habit of praising mega corporate lawyers for underhanded creative (but legally correct) shenanigans. But this was just so well done and against raging douchenozzles.
