I think that also 8 track should sound ok, not worse than a compact cassette.
Actually, while I understand the idea of using a bunch of obsolete formats, I think it would have been more interesting a limited re release in obscure but somewhat useful format. Player piano, 8 track and minidisc are already covered: but I think that 78 rpm discs for the retro aficionados could be interesting. On other hand a release on 1/4 inch open reel tape could attract some hi-fi aficionados and maybe some Tarantino film lovers. For people that have International Supervideos! VHS a VHS release of live takes it’s ok.
