The only thing I would recommend is a proper home DVR + PoE cameras setup, and I might just do that this weekend! You shouldn’t depend on corporate cloud services like all these Ring/Arlo type gadgets do, but you should have online storage somewhere footage gets immediately and irrevocably duplicated to.
