I am utterly confused. My Paypal account takes the money via direct transfer out of my bank account
I had it set up to use as payment to others only and tied to my credit union credit card. One day I needed gas before the commute home and one week later oh we didn’t like that activity on the card thank you very much have a nice day your account is locked and you can’t do anything about it.

Yeah, I get that, but how the ridiculous fuck are PayPal privy to that info? Is there no IS equivalent to the Data Protection Act?

Yeah, Paypal doesn’t have access to the usage of your other accounts. I feel like there’s a crucial aspect missing here (like a Paypal debit card being used to get the gas, or something).
